The Yovel Company, Inc. is a design, detail, and service company with the skills and experience to support our clients as they excel in the performance of their business endeavors.
Since our formation in 2002, Yovel has provided design, detail, and project management support to a mix of clients in the mining, industrial, fabrication, construction and engineering fields.
SERVICES
Design
Our experience in Bulk Material Handling, Belt Conveyor, Coal Preparation, and related process design is a resource available to our clients to assist in maximizing the value of their new projects and facility modifications. This experience easily translates to related industries and similar bulk material handling needs.
Steel Detailing and AutoCAD Services
Yovel routinely provides our clients with detailed shop drawings for structural steel, miscellaneous steel and platework fabrication. While Yovel utilizes AISC standard detailing practices, we also incorporate our client’s individual detailing standards to enhance drawing clarity for the fabrication personnel.
Yovel produces shop drawings in AutoCAD and in certain proprietary detailing programs. In addition to detailing, Yovel also provides steel erection drawings, machinery layout drawings, and checking of detail drawings produced by others.
Project Management
In conjunction with the available design services, Yovel can assist our clients with the preparation of bid specifications and invitation to bid documents, bid evaluation, and contractor selection. In addition, Yovel can assist in monitoring the ongoing project for conformance to the specifications.
Sourcing
For clients that choose to act as their own general contractor, Yovel can assist in matching contractors, sub-contractors, fabricators, and equipment manufacturers to fulfill the needs of the project.

EXPERIENCE
Yovel brings over 70 years of combined experience in material handling design, coal preparation design, steel detailing, and project management to meet our client’s needs.
Our background includes many years with a design-build construction company with in-house fabrication. We therefore understand the complexity and integration of today’s aggressive construction schedules.

Our client base includes mining companies and other “end users”, construction firms, steel fabricators, and design and engineering firms. Although our client base is diverse, each client receives the personal attention, quality service and security of information to be expected from a firm committed to excellence.
PHILOSOPHY
“Yovel” is an English transliteration of an old Hebrew word meaning “Jubilee”. The Year of Jubilee was a time for restoration and freedom – a time of new beginnings. We at Yovel believe that God has provided an opportunity for us to provide for our families by providing quality service to other businesses with Godly integrity and excellence.
